Information concerning the order process

Here you find important information about how order system works. Please read them carefully.

1. You click in your basket at www.chsoftware.net on "Check out"
2. You are forwarded to the PayPal page and pay there for the items.
3. Within 24 hours you receive an order confirmation mail from us (if you do not receive this mail within 24 hours, please contact our support)
4. Normally we handle your order within 48h (depends on your payment type)
5. You receive a mail from us with a download link and a licence card
6. Open the link in your browser. Check your personal data for the invoice.
7. Now you can download the software directly.
8. Within 3-4 weeks you receive a mail with the invoice as a PDF document.

If you can not open a PayPal account in your country, please get in contact with us.
