We, CH Software, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and stand to the rules of the laws of privacy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Individual-related data are only collected in the technical necessary amount. In no case we sell the collected data or pass it on to a third party.
The following terms give you an overview as we warrant your privacy and which data we collect.
 

• Data processing on this webpage
  The webserver software collects and saves data that your browser transmits, automatically in their server log files. This data contains the following information:
  - Browsertype/ -version
  - Operating System
  - Referrer URL (last visited page)
  - Hostname (IP address)
  - Date and time
  This data can not be assigned to certain persons. This data will not be combined with other data sources.
  Additionally statistical data is collected with Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics) and with an internal counter system. This data will not be passed on to a third party and we can not assign it to certain persons.
   
• Cookies
  At certain points we used cookies. We use them to make internet page more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer.
  We use so called "Session-Cookies". They are automatically deleted after the visit of our webpage.
  Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses.
   
• Shop
  If you use the shop on our website to order products, we need to collect further personal data to handle your order. We need your full name, your address and your mail address. As a matter of course we do not pass on this data to a third party.
  This data is saved digitally. You can revoke your acceptance to save this data everytime.

  You have everytime the right of access to your personal data. Just get in contact with us and we inform you which data we have saved about we and why have saved it.
