§ 1 General information
(1) The general terms and conditions are valid for all business connections
between CH Software and the orderer. The used version is the version that is
published at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
(2) The general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Regulations to the
contrary or different conditions of the customer are not accepted unless CH
Software has accepted this individual case in written form.
(3) By the use of our internet page and especially by the acceptance and the
acknowledgement during the order transaction, the customer accepts this general
terms and conditions. CH Software reserves the right to changes this general
terms and conditions everytime and to publish them online here.
§ 2 Prices
(1) All indicated prices include the respectively purchase tax (=value added
tax) and are in Euro (€).This offer is subject to change. We are not responsible
for printing or typographical errors. By clicking the Check-Out-Button you
explain explicit to close the deal. The deal is closed legally with the sending
of the acceptance of order. You receive the acceptance of order normally within
24 hours after the submit of your order. Drawings, figure and other features are
only binding if they are declared in written form. Such information is no
confirmation of features.
§ 3 Shipping and handling
(1) If you selected shipping instead of download, you are charged globally 9
Euros.
§ 4 Delivery
(1) CH Software will provide the ordered articles by download to the customer if
the customer did not select the option shipping.
(2) The shipping takes place by the declared shipping and handling (see §3)
(3) In the case of shipping CH Software guarantees a date of delivery (Germany
30 days/worldwide 60 days). In the case of impossibility CH Software may resign
the deal.
§ 5 Retention of title
Until the complete acquittance of all existing demands of CH Software the
articles are property of CH Software.
§ 6 Due-date and payment
(1) CH Software only accepts payments by a PayPal account or prepayment per
bank transfer.
(2) The order will be handle as soon the amount invoiced is credited to an
account of CH Software.
(3) In case of redebiting bank collections or credit card payments, the
customers must pay the bank charges.
§ 7 Money back guarantee
(1) The download of software from one of servers is a supply of services.
You do not have a money back guarantee.
(2) If you have choosen shipping, you can send back the sealed medium if you
have not downloaded the software yet. The customer has to pay the return
shipping costs.
(3) In a case of return CH Software will refund the already paid purchages price
to the customer.
§ 8 Invoice
(1) You will only receive a digital invoice as PDF document. This can take
3-4 weeks. The invoice will be sent to the mail address given during the order
transaction.
§ 11 Final provisions
(1) The general terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Federal
Republic of Germany. Differences exclusively are a case of the

(3) If any provision in this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a
body of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be construed, limited or, if
necessary, severed to the extent necessary to eliminate such invalidity or

enforceable substitute provision that most nearly effects the parties original
intent in entering into this Agreement or to provide an equitable adjustment in
the event no such provision can be added. The other provisions of this Agreement
will remain in full force and effect.
